Things people ask us.
How long does a garden stone take?
About two weeks from order to pickup or shipping. We email a proof within two business days; once you approve it, we engrave and finish.
Will it look exactly like the preview?
Close, but every stone is natural. Color, veining and the exact outline vary from piece to piece. The lettering, layout and finish will match your approved proof.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Yes, any time before you approve the proof. After engraving begins we can't change the stone, but call us and we'll find the best option.
Do you ship?
Garden stones ship nationwide at a flat rate shown at checkout, or pick up free at the shop. Boulders and memorials are delivered and installed by our crew within our service area.
How do deposits work?
For boulders, signs and memorials, a deposit (usually 50%) is due after you approve the proof. It is credited to your balance and refundable in full until engraving begins. See Terms & deposits.
Can you engrave my logo?
Yes. Send a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) for best results. We can redraw from a high-resolution image for a one-time setup fee.
Do you work with cemeteries?
Every day. We handle size and foundation rules, submit the design for approval and coordinate installation with the cemetery.
Do you offer municipal or non-profit pricing?
We offer volume pricing on multi-stone projects and provide W-9s, certificates of insurance and formal bid responses for public agencies.
Can I see the stone before you engrave it?
For boulders and monuments, yes. We'll send photos of candidate stones or you can visit the yard and choose in person.
What if there's a mistake?
If an engraving doesn't match the proof you approved, we re-cut it at our cost. Please check names and dates on the proof carefully; we check them too.
