What we collect

When you order, book an appointment or request a quote we collect what you type into the form: your name, contact details, the words and design of your stone, and any notes. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers.

How we use it

To make and deliver your stone, confirm appointments, prepare quotes, send receipts and answer your questions. We may send a follow-up about your project. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who sees it

Our staff, and the services that run this site: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments) and our email provider (confirmations). Each is bound by its own privacy terms.

Stored on your device

Your cart, saved designs and chosen site style are kept in your browser's local storage so they are there when you come back. They never leave your device unless you place an order. We do not use advertising trackers.
